Why are we asking you for information?
We want to know what you think about getting in touch with adult social care for information, advice and support.
What are we going to do with your information?
We will read your information and use it to help us make it easier for people to get in touch with social care.
We will talk about all the information at some workshops but your name won’t be included.
Will we share your information?
We will share this information with the team who are organising the workshops.
We will not share your name or contact details with anyone else.
What if you change your mind about us having your information?
If you change your mind and want us to delete your information, then tell us.

We will hold the information for 5 years unless you decide you no longer want us to keep it.

You have the right to ask for your information to be deleted.
