Hertfordshire Music Service - Schools - Have Your Say!

This survey is for the music subject leader or head teacher to complete as it refers to musical learning and the effect of recent DfE and Ofsted publications on your school’s music curriculum plan.

Thank you for taking the time to contribute to this survey which should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Your responses to this survey will help us to improve the quality, relevance and accessibility of music education in Hertfordshire. HMS will publish the aggregated anonymous results of the survey once analysis has been completed and outline the impact your responses will have on the delivery of our services.

What about confidentiality?

Your survey responses will be returned directly to Hertfordshire Music Service (HMS), part of Hertfordshire County Council who will process and store your data in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy Policy is available here. Data that is shared with Hertfordshire County Council will be anonymous and aggregated to ensure that individuals cannot be identified. It will be stored in accordance with the county council’s Data Protection Policy.
