This Elective Home Education (EHE) Update Form is to let us know about the learning opportunities your child has and the progress they have made since you last told us about their provision. As home education looks different for each child, please fill in the form with as much detail as possible so we can fully understand your own child’s home education experience. If your child has an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP), please look at section B as you will need to let us know how each of your child’s needs are being met at home. This form is set to time out after 30 minutes of inactivity so before starting, you may find it helpful to gather together full details of your child’s provision which could include names and levels of resources used, photos of their learning and any relevant professionals’ reports that have been written.
