We would like to hear about the mental health support you or your child received in Hertfordshire. We want to understand what difference the support made, how things have been since it ended and whether any benefits have lasted over time.
In this survey, “you” and “your” refer to the child or young person who received support. If you are answering as a parent or carer, please answer all questions about your child, rather than yourself.
Your feedback will help services understand what is working well and what could be improved for children, young people and families in the future.
