Thank you for taking part in this survey.
The Public Health team at your local council (Hertfordshire County Council) would like to learn what people know and think about defibrillators and bleed control kits. Your answers will help us understand how aware people are of these life-saving tools in the community and how we can improve information and support.
A defibrillator is a machine that can give an electric shock to a person's heart if it stops beating normally. It can help save someone's life during a cardiac arrest.
A bleed control kit contains equipment, such as special bandages, that can help stop serious bleeding until emergency services arrive.
This survey is anonymous, which means we will not ask for your name and cannot identify you from your answers. The information we collect will only be used to help us understand awareness of publicly accessible defibrillators and bleed control kits. For more information about how we use your data, you can read our Privacy Notice on the Hertfordshire County Council website.
Taking part is your choice, and the survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Please read our which further explains what information we collect and how we use that information.
